I got a manicure here about a week ago and it was okay. The woman who did my nails made my cuticles bleed three times, and only apologized the first time and said, "you have thin skin." I get manicures often at other establishments and this does not usually happen to me. Despite this, my nails looked good overall and I liked how clean and hygienic everything was, so I decided to go back today for a pedicure. From the time I sat down, the woman doing my toenails was very distracted. The other employees kept bringing her phone to her and she would take her gloves off, text and talk with the other employees, then finally get back to doing my toes. She also got up to greet other customers, answer the phone (to be fair, none of the other employees seemed to be helping her with these tasks) so many times that it made my pedicure much longer than it needed to be. They kept turning people away and telling them it would be a long wait, but didn't seem to be making any effort to work more efficiently. They did fix one of my fingernails for free today however, and they get an A+ for cleanliness. I won't be going back, but I actually am pretty happy with how my toenails look. Read Less

I wanted a gel pedi, which was $50 for the base gel pedi (without tip). Lots of up-sells are available for different additions, like hot stone massage, lavender foot bath/ green tea foot bath, etc.The woman who did my nails was very friendly and chatted with me just the right amount. My nails came out perfectly. I personally feel that Uni nails on University gives a longer leg massage, however the massage here was nice (just short). Read Less

I felt very over charged for a basic manicure/pedicure. I asked for a clear coat to be put on my nails and was questioned and received a terrible coat of polish. Best place I've found in Denver for nails- though slightly on the more expensive side I think it's worth it for the quality of work they do. I used to go a different place and would come home and have to immediately reshape my nails- not so here! Staff is really friendly and very particular about doing your nails the right way. Also a very clean salon, using liners for the spa chairs and new packs of tools for every customer. Regular mani + pedi will run you $55 which includes about an hour and half of service time plus hot stone massage. Seems like the employees are happy here (one girl told me the owner likes to treat them to lunch occasionally) and it makes for a good environment. Would highly recommend! They only take walk ins, but I've never waited more than 15 mins even at peak times (i.e. Saturday afternoons) as they are typically well staffed. Read Less

Best pedicure I have ever had! My feet are still soft and it has been three weeks. The staff could be a little friendlier as they didn't appear happy to serve anyone. They lady actually asked me if I still wanted a manicure, when a new client came in. Well yea, I did, but I guess you'd rather help her. It was kind of odd, but like I said she did a wonderful job on my pedicure and the massage technique was great. The place is super clean and cutely decorated. Save your time. Came in today to get a pedi because of all the positive reviews. Big mistake. They were not very busy for a Saturday and I was seated right away. I chose their 50$ pedicure option, can't remember the name of it. The lady completely sped through the entire pedicure. Was not relaxing at all. My feet are just about as bad as they came in as. The painting job was the worst part, since she was in a rush things didn't come out good. My nails were uneven and the paint looked like it was globbed on. I could do a better job myself. Going to have to go in tomorrow to get them to fix a couple toes. I'm all for paying high prices for a pedicure, but not if they suck. Do yourself a favor and go to 5280 (my usual salon) you won't regret it! Read Less

I've been here twice now for pedicures, and I am hooked! This place really gets after my nasty marathon runner feet and keeps them looking polished and callus-free. They offer a huge variety of OPI and Essie colors (my favorites), and the ladies always do a fantastic job. The place is clean, spacious, and doesn't smell like acrylic (woohoo!). They offer a menu of different pedicure treatments, ranging from $37 for the standard pedicure and up to $80, which I'm not exactly sure what this entails because the cheapest one is better than most pricey options at other salons! I've been to a few nail salons around the Cherry Creek area, and this is by far the best I have experienced! I will be coming here from now on, anytime my piggies need a pick-me-up! Read Less

My friends and I went in for a spontaneous mani/pedi session and found Pink Nails & Spa randomly. Called in on a Saturday afternoon and they were able to get the 3 of us in right away. The place itself is very nice and clean. I was impressed by the customer service that was provided. I got a manicure and it was nice - nothing too out of the ordinary but the job done was fantastic. I chose a difficult color so I'm impressed with how well she handled it and improvised. My friends got pedicures (I wish I had gotten one too!) and they look fabulous! I believe they chose some upgrades but they got leg and hand wraps while they were getting all setup. Overall, it was a very relaxing experience and I would recommend this nail salon to people looking for a great, well priced manicure/pedicure! Read Less

Pink Nails is phenomenal. I always go for my pedicures, and you have the option to upgrade from a basic to something more with scrub options, etc. I also love their selection of gel/shellac colors. As someone who has tried my fair share of nail salons, this one has the most color options by far. The nail technicians are friendly and attentive to detail. They don't rush your service, and I appreciate that. As a result, my manis and pedis from this salon last further than they do from any other location. Within two weeks, the sides of my nails are usually flaking up with the gel mani, but I frequently go three weeks before needing another from this location! And only then is it necessary because my nails have grown so much!My only reason for holding back a star is the price. It's not exorbitantly more expensive, but you can count on paying 5-10 dollars more for a traditional mani or pedi here than at another similar salon. That said, they do last longer, so I find it worth it! Read Less

I love this nail salon! I've been to way too many but this spot has become the go-to for me and my girlfriends. It's spacious, with great massage chairs and magazines, and their shellac color selection is much better than the other cherry creek spots I've visited. It's also very light inside - no one wants to go sit in a basem*nt, so I really appreciate the sunlight! Pink Nails is a (not so hidden?) gem! It is located in Cherry Creek and the building feels new, contemporary, and VERY clean. It has a much better environment than other nearby salons I've visited. The staff are very thorough and pay close attention to detail. I usually get gel/shellac and they check over and over that there are no bubbles or missed spots on my nails. If even the tiniest thing is wrong, they fix it. My manicures from them have lasted at least 1 week longer than gel or shellac manicures at other places I've been in Denver. They also don't seem to be very busy yet- maybe because they are so new still? But I've never had to wait. Love it! Read Less
