Want a festive holiday treat without the carbs? Make this keto white chocolate peppermint bark – only takes a few minutes!
Few flavors taste as classically Christmas as chocolate and peppermint. From a peppermint stick inside some hot cocoa to a pan of peppermint brownies, there is something perfect about chocolate and peppermint. My goal with this recipe was to make something super fast that any busy parent can make and also ket0-friendly.

Best Keto Chocolate Bark Recipe
There are so many candies, cookies, and chocolates floating around during the holidays. Sticking to your keto diet is only possible if you keep low-carb choices within easy reach. That’s why I created this chocolate bark recipe. It tastes like a candy bar, but it won’t kick you out of ketosis. In fact, it will help you ward off hunger until your next meal.
Here’s what I used in my bark:
- Sugar-Free White Chocolate Chips (my favorite brand is Lily’s)
- Coconut Oil
- Sugar-Free Peppermint Candies
That’s it! That’s the basic, 3-ingredient version. There are lots of ways you can customize these sweet treats! In fact, the more you customize them, the more likely you will be to enjoy them and turn down the tempting sugar-filled treats around you.
Here are a few keto chocolate bar toppings you can add:
- Your favorite nuts
- Unsweetened coconut flakes
- Melted peanut butter drizzle
What Kind of Chocolate Can I Have On Keto?
As long as the chocolate is sugar-free (or low in sugar and carbs), it is safe to eat on your keto diet. Dark chocolate is really healthy for you, full of antioxidants. Try to make this recipe with some dark chocolate instead of white chocolate for a really indulgent treat!
Keto Christmas Bark
This white chocolate bark is a festive, low-carb snack. In fact, if you want to take the time to separate some of the melted white chocolate and use food coloring to dye some of it red and some of it green, you can create a beautifully marbled bark with holiday colors!
That’s only if you have the extra time…which I don’t. I think the white chocolate reminds me of a “white Christmas” and it makes me smile! (Florida doesn’t get white Christmases, so this bark will do).
I call this recipe the busy mom’s Christmas treat. All you do is melt the chocolate with the coconut oil. Then, pour it onto a baking sheet. Top it with the peppermint candies and let it set. See? It’s incredibly simple.
3 Ingredient Peppermint Bark
I love finding recipes that I can make with my kids. After I melt the chocolate on the stove, I call them over and let them pour the peppermint candies on top. It’s so easy that the entire thing takes mere minutes from start to finish. Plus, there is almost nothing left to clean up.
Plus, you can keep this chocolate bark in your freezer. That’s great news when your refrigerator is getting full with holiday food prep.
The chocolate bark will stay fresh in the freezer for up to 3 months. You can also leave it in your fridge for up to a week or so.
